Introduction: Jumpstart your day with a Berry Blast Protein Smoothie that not only satisfies your taste buds but also provides a healthy dose of protein and fiber. This smoothie is designed to keep you energized and focused throughout the morning, supporting your mental clarity and well-being.

Recipe: Berry Blast Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop protein powder (plant-based or whey)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, and almond milk.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder consistency.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy the delicious blend of flavors and nutrients.
